The 2008 Charlotte Regional Realtor� Association (CRRA) Realtor� EXPO, held in March at the Charlotte Convention Center smashed previous attendance records with more than 1,200 agents participating in one of the most significant and highly anticipated events in the Charlotte region's real estate industry. Realtor� members, speakers and association staff were impressed by the professionalism, engaging displays, booths, giveaways and the wealth of information provided about industry products and services. New Homes Journal's booth at the EXPO, was jungle-themed with a banner encouraging attendees to Leap Into Spring Sales. Plants and trees completed the space, and the NHJ staff dressed in pith helmets and safari outfits for the occasion. Realtor cards were collected for the drawing in "Jeremiah", the singing frog cookie jar. Tisbany Pinto, of the Allen Tate Carmel/Highway 51 office won a $50 Best Buy gift card along with her own singing frog at the event.
