The ownership of Westport Golf Club has teamed up with Robbie Smith Tennis Incorporated to build a new Swim, Tennis and Fitness Amenity which will be located adjacent to the Westport Golf Club, on the site of the current Westport Community Club. The new Westport Sports Club, which will be owned and operated by Robbie Smith Tennis, Incorporated (www.charlottetennisclub.com), has a targeted completion date in the first months of 2009.

The new Westport Sports Club will be part of the planned community development which is currently under construction and will compliment the established Westport Community and The Westport Golf Course located on the Western Shores of Lake Norman, in East Lincoln County.

The Westport Club features newly completed large single family homes with prices ranging from $380,000 to $600,000 and town homes ranging from $130,000 to $250,000, surrounding the Westport Golf Club. It will also feature condominiums marketed to the active adult home buyers.
